2022 Color Guard Team

The Lafayette Composite Squadron Color Guard consists of eight total members.
In April of 2022, the LCS Color Guard competed in the Louisiana Wing Cadet Color Guard Competition, placing second place overall for the entire event.
Color guard cadets work hard both in and out of the competition season!
Members of the Color Guard receive training in not only drill and ceremonies, but also in the proper wear of every uniform for every gender, rank, and award given. Cadets are tested on leadership in and out of CAP and what it truly means to be a leader of today and tomorrow. Color guard cadets are held to a higher standard expecting better PT scores and overall being an example for all those around them.
The Lafayette Composite Squadron Cadet Color Guard portrays the core values through volunteer service, active lifestyles, and frequent color guard activities at local high schools and nearby veterans programs.
