Cadet Promotions

How Do I Get Promoted?

Cadets work their way through a series of 16 Achievements and 5 Milestone Awards on the path to promotion.  Each achievement has five (5)  eligibility requirements to be met to complete that achievement or milestone and to become eligible for promotion.  these five (5) elements include:

Leadership

Aerospace

Character

Fitness

Time in Grade
